It represents a valuable history source of the Proto-Slavic world, especially of the Ukrainian (Ruthenian) nation, as it describes the events that took place mostly on Ukrainian lands. This book tells the story of the enigmatic and mysterious world of our Forefathers in a clear, succinct, and image-rich manner; it teaches us how to defend our Land and respect our ancestors' heritage thus preserving our culture and faith; it gives us a foundation and frameworks for building an independent state. This book tells the story of ancient Ruthenian families and their settlement over the vast areas of Europe and Asia, of their travels to India, Syria and Egypt, of their victorious conquests and losses. Significant attention has been given to the stories of wars with the Greeks, Goths, Khazars, Romans and others. The author dedicated this work to God Veles, however he also talks respectfully about other Slavic Gods, describing in detail the religious system of our ancestors and celebrating Fathers and Mothers. The calendar outlined by the author is strikingly accurate in astronomical terms.
